Of course you don’t light it, but turn it on and within minutes, you are getting the nicotine your body so desperately needs. Unlike the patch or nicotine gum, however, you feel the cigarette in your hand and that really makes the difference, especially if you are trying to quit.

  Electronic cigarette kits require a small outlay of money to get started, but once you have bought the kit, the cigarettes themselves are much cheaper than traditional cigarettes. So, over the course of a month, you will be saving money. This is not to forget, of course, how much tar you are saving your lungs from.

  The benefits of electronic cigarettes are many, but if you are smoker, the freedom to smoke where and when you want is perhaps the greatest benefit. Being able to smoke on a plane, at your desk, or in the football stadium while watching your team, is a freedom that all smokers desire. When you buy electronic cigarettes, you will once again be able to “light up” at ease, without fear of reprisal or filthy looks from others.

  After all, you are not polluting the air, you aren’t creating smoke or stinking up the environment, and you aren’t putting anyone’s health at risk, including your own. Add to that affordability and the touch of a real cigarette, and there is no other alternative for the modern-day smoker.
